Click HERE for this awesome 2d, 3d, motion graphics piece o_o ...or even just to hear to some good music. The notes create the source They cause a driving force And the sound that you explore Through the wires on the floor And it's a very special thingOHMYG! did u see that?! did you see that?! BI PLANES.I LOVE THEM. red ones especially. red and black ones especially especially :D any show with biplanes i'll watch! unless its horror, ha. so, saturday i woke up and the air never smelt so sweet since I was back in Singapore. That feeling of argh, squeamish internship - over and done with without my spraining my ankle, ha! bliss. 1. watched the premier of Ratatouille (all i can say is, the animation is ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS.) 2. then went to watch fireworrrrkkksss! erm, i actually do have a lot of things to say. yes, intelligent things. but i think i lost them on my way between getting my heel stepped on, picking up more vanity and belching virtual disgust at the evidence in my inbox of how these working adults try to be politically correct only in front of other workin adults. I'm sorry, but out of the office, it's my way or the highway. -smiles as i should to be politically correct- so. till i get my words back.

working adult life.

HAHA.gosh. i'm sorry if i have nothing intelligent to say these days. all i can think abt is just to get through this one more week of IAP and i'm a free (wo)man. frreeeee i say. this trailer of sorts of workin adult (did i just call myself that?!) life has really...made me wake up and appreciate school life so much more. i just told mada last night that alright, i'm not gonna pon sch anymore (ok, i lie =x...maybe just those where i don learn anything) and that i'm gonna enjoy every slogging hot rainy dry cold day i spend in sch!!! because very soon it's all gonna end and after that it's the start of having to answer up to that rather scary guy up there (no, not God, earth level). i mean, in school, you only have yourself to answer to. the worst that'll happen is that you beat yourself up - which is really not that bad. it's when you're givin a task and right away you have that heavy sinking feeling that God, i don't think i can do this well and the you're dealing with the company's reputation here that >oops. every single mouse click feels like it's being watched because it carries that heavy bag of things we call responsibility. mmm :S maybe i think too much. i know i'm not a lazy fart most of the time =x and i will do my work properly. but i just don't like the feeling of going to work afraid of what they're going to throw at you next. i was half tempted to ask pea if it was possible for an internship at IFS, but i decided i want to see what it's like being thrown out into the open and if i'd do fine. so far i've converted vcds/dvds into dv tapes and vice versa, digitized dv tapes, learnt how to connect all those machines tgt with their thousand wires, burnt tons of dvds, wiped cupboards clean, take out the rubbish everyday, did some web stuff in flash and illustrator, searched for a thousand stock photos, roto-ed stuff....and roto-ed stuff. what in the world should i show for my presentation? :S and because i find the boss quite scary really, i was so dreadful of work i kept asking sh if i cld sprain my ankle for 2 weeks. and i was quite serious abt it. i just wasn't sure how to fall into a drain and sprain my ankle since i've never done it before. so well, since i have just one more week to endure, i don't wish to sprain it anymore. LOL. ok, enough gibberish. who reads stuff like that anyway?! and when i think abt how dreadful workin life is, i always think of my daddy. :( he's having it so much worse and he can't even count down to when it all stops, like i do. talk about money and talk about love.

(i still love you Singapore.)i thought this was such a beautiful beautiful pic. when i took the pic i rmb thinking, "This has to be from a movie o_o." No photoshop!looking up the eiffel.sunset at a tram stop.another pic of paris' pretty roofs *_* i have lots of pics of roofs and traffic lights. fetish.and they say the grass is always greener on the other side.summer sch ppl outside of the chamber of commerce.eat! :D (in the gobelins canteen)flower powerour goal.finally a group pic. at the eiffel! (pic courtesy of ricardo)rawr. at the lourve.keep walking! haha.ooooo!!! i must say i must say, i was sooo excited when i saw this!!! It's a play that Robert Massin (i did research on him for web design!) converted into graphics and text. and cos he didn't have photoshop last time, he actually used CONDOMS to warp text and convey emotion!!! i strongly recommend that you read up on him esp for designers and IM ppl :D his composition and typography is fantastic. And that's his work on the door of the theatre! It's in a little street near Notre Dam :D BWWAAAAAA :D :D :D Paris is bursting with culture and art. I LOVE IT. and yes, i still love you Singapore. haha :] its just a...different feeling. something like the comfort of your old smelly bolster compared to the fresh soapy niceness & warmth of a new comforter. hmm, ok. maybe it's just me. i rmb my dad used to tell me how German and Japanese cars are different. Japanese cars are like mistresses, you really love them and get all excited abt them for a while, but in the end, its the German car (your wife) that you go back to because they're stable and their beauty is everlasting. ok, random. ha! i will take nice pictures of Singapore soon. holidays in one week. COME, QUICK!
