woke up early today, like. EIGHT AM. lol.
but its all worth it cos i got to meet handsome pang pang.
whoa. talk abt change! haha. makes me feel like going army too. hohoho. so we talked for quite a bit then walked him to the station.
I think he's a very nice son, and his future girlfriend will be a very lucky girl! (hear tat, pangpang? :)

and i realize i miss my sec sch friends a lot. they're like the best friends you'll ever make in your life. i mean, now we're all mature and intelligent now..
- or at least we all think this way, when we're a crazy old 19, which is just one number away from from the big TWO-0 :( -
but, who was really there when you were stupid and immature and pimply?
went out with qy and my for dinner on wed, played some swing and wa :D felt like the good old young days. It was wonderful!

sometimes i wish i could be everyone's best friend. that i'd be the person who's always there and the first one you'd call. but that's stupid, so maybe i'm still young after all.

and i have my superficial days. Days when i'd wish i was gorgeously beautiful (maybe i've had too much Serena van der Woodsen ), that i had tons of wonderful clothes to wear and all that silly superficial stuff. Maybe that's why i love popping by Watsons. It's like a cheap therapy session whereby you're half convinced you could be beautiful with all the L'oreal and Revlon and whatever not. I feel it does help a little even though i always walk out empty handed.

Then there's worrying what people think when they read the words you type. Does it matter anyway? Does it bother me so much whether or not they even read? Do they take you seriously for what you write? Do they care that you wear your heart on your sleeve, or will they take more notice; care more?
Are best friends made through words?

I like waking up early, and i'm going to run the ugliness out of me tomorrow. Mark my words.

hello hello :) !
i was free today, so decided it was time to dig out pictures from my hp. many pics have been filtered out because they -ahem- have been secretly discreetly taken in nice notebook shops.

so, starting from the ancient times when i was doing my final year project, in memory of wonderful yummy "Food Junction" which has now been replaced by the evil redlight district "Koufu"

personally, i find it impossibly difficult to believe God doesn't exist. There's too much evidence he does.

anyhoo, i had a great great day ytd! :D

went down to shihan's place to watch - (yay! x) - heroes again
*...-_- ROAR. DIE, SYLAR, JUST DIE ALREADY. *

and after that we headed down to marine parade, and i ate this speciality dry mee sua, that's really just ba chor mee with mee sua. haha.

THEN THEN THEN -exciting part- we played this very fun arcade game called "LET'S GO JUNGLE!" !!!!

omg. it has to be the most fun arcade game i've played. you sit in this covered 'jeep' for two, all nice and creepily dark, and you play as a couple on a jungle tour all gone wrong.

"Are you sure this tour is alright?!"

"Relax, they're just gonna bring us around and then we'll head back to the city. Trees, temples, rivers, what's there to be afraid of?"

and suddenly, these huuggee giant spiders come running out of the bushes towards the jeep and our tour guide gets eaten up! so the adventure begins and we shoot all these nasty hairy creatures with our machine guns and unlimited amount of bullets (thank god!).

along the way we see another jeep and think they've come to save us, only to realize there are giant green flies attacking them! so we shoot them too, of cos. And its a real mess cos the screen is uber huge so we have to look left and right and up to kill all these monsters!!!

We kill the boss (surprise surprise, it's the giant-est spider of all) and move on to stage 2 where we kill giant maggots in caves and more giant flies while sliding down the in-cave river! Then this guy we met along the way decides that he's in charge here and takes our guns, leaving us only with sling shots!

(think david and goliath, hohoho)

and i was a mighty mighty david alright! :D the sling shots force you to stop and aim before shooting, unlike the machine guns where you can just hold down the trigger and blast away.

In between shooting sprees, the wonderful game designers came up with 'action scenes' whereby you have to jerk your joystick according to the arrows shown, or button spam, etc! It's a wonderful arcade game that tests your reflexes, with jerky camera moves and mini games slotted inbetween.

After you finally die, ( ...:( we didn't get past stage 2 even after 2 lives) the machine calculates you and your partner's compatibility rate! LMAO. Sh and i were staring in wonder why our two main characters where dancing about the screen holding hands, and finally realized why. haha. no doubt motion captured :].

After arcading, we were still pumping adrenaline so decided to play a few rounds of pool :] hopefully i've gotten better!

reached home midnight and oooh, it was a (virtually) bloody good day! :] :] :]

it's optimized for firefox (it seriously sucks in internet explorer), can't seem to get rid of e side scroll in ie.
and because clara is an ass she doesn't care abt ppl who have small screens and thus designs her layout according to her own screen size.
hohoho.

i think it's a little cluttered and messy? but ah well. tell me if something in this layout really bothers you. i spent like one quarter of my time getting the flash box font color right. lol. sometimes i think i don't delegate my time properly, quoting Dr. Richard Webber.
