WHERE IS EVERYONE ?!

Hello?! it's a friday night, and young friendly beautiful clara (in a hot baggy old sch tshirt and pe shorts with hair all tossed back with sexy glit hairband) is...wth? in front of her comp?!

she has tried drawing, which only resulted in doleful foreign affairs;
tried painting, which also resulted in horrid spawns.
Mr Boredom thus tasked her with the exciting adventure of changing msn fonts every sentence.

now, there has to be something really wrong here.
her mum and dad, obviously beyond her youthful sparkling years, are out on a romantic date eating scrumptious seafood as she rumbles on aimlessly.

her sister, boyfriend-less, is out every night, on shopping sprees whereby the source of income is imminent.

her brother, not even a tender 16, and with his o'levels chugging towards him like a mosquito to my yummilicious blood, is also out and partying.

so wad exactly am i doing at home? why, woefully dreaming of more episodes of Heroes to watch and why, changing fonts of cos.

i am so bloody bored and grumpy with that pencil and a hand that might very well be a lousy exasperating expatriate then my own that i swear i'm going to scold someone soon.

i've been up to a lot of stuff recently!
sadly, almost none of it concerns proper work to get clara into the well-oiled work machine she wishes to be.
so that's 4 weeks of holidays gone. i threw it out like some melted chocolate in my pocket when i cld have made fondue out of it or something :S.

first week of hols, major 'event' was Safety@Work presentation at Giraffe cafe near the Istana. Ba, we didn't win but we did take fun pics :D

team hesitant fishbone and mr jacques once again :] you have no idea how much i miss school. then again, i'm in no hurry to get back cos it just means i'm closer to graduation and closer to getting a job?!

2nd week! Dinner with Miss Grace at spizza, dessert at Cordruoy Cafe in Vivo and after that, sleepover at Perry's with zal, mada, shihan, and of cos perrymerry. BAND OF BROTHERS marathon session!!! rawr. war is a bad bad thing.

sleepovers with good people are not x)


breakfast at delifrance the next day.


hardly slept 3 hrs the night before but i found bubbling energy within me to go shihan's to watch grey's after breakfast. hurhur x) it's something called the holiday bug, i feel.
can keep you up for days.

3rd week of hols.
More movies (5 movies in 3 weeks, woohoo! A record for me),
more Grey's, more Heroes, more slacker beanbag clara. :)

Bus ride home from 881 at West Mall with Shi Qi. It's not always you get a bus ride like that.


i need to be more mechanic! Like a machine, like Christina in Grey's! She really reminds me of QY though, hur!

881 is a really good Singapore movie.
Hokkien never sounded so good and neither have all the glitzy dazzling costumes.
881 was silly, heart-warming, ridiculous, and touching all rolled into one.
Qi Yu Wu's voice never sounded so profound yet simple.
And the shots are simple but powerful. I especially love the shot where xiao mu gua leans on the car window & Qi Yu Wu raises his camera up to his eye towards the end.
