i went for dg camp!!! woohoo xD !!!

one thing i gotta say. church camps are just so different from other camps. while in most camps you starve, in church camps you're stuffed T_T.

~~ so saturday came and we all gathered at the rooms opposite our church at marine parade at 1 ! had games at east coast till 5+, showered, slacked around - (played toggle x) !!! i'm quite good :p) - then had dinner. cos of the games, all of us were starved, but ba. noble me and sab were chosen to go help carry the food up. some guys were supposed to deliver some (very yummy) left overs of a wedding for us to eat, so me sab rach pea waited downstairs while the others upstairs happily ate away beehoon & kway teow....

7.00 pm, they said, "We're coming!"

7.30 pm, "We'll be there soon!"

7.45pm, "We're coming!"

garrrrrrr. sooo like my daddy la! GUYS. They're forever coming but never here.
so when they finally arrived, they came with tons of food (:p oh joy!):
brown and white choco tarts, strawberry pastries, sotong balls, fantastic tuna sandwich (food at weddings are just different :), sun kui, and i cant rmb wad. just loads and loads of food.

so from being starved we all became stuffed cos it's such a waste to throw such gorgeous food away, thus aft dinner all our bellies were portruding. we then had a session where u're supposed to realise your talents/strengths and learn to make better use of it in the future. everyone had a piece of paper pasted on their backs and everyone had to take turns writing good stuff abt each other.

the weirdest comment i got was, "..cute like a panda."
o_o like since when were pandas cute? i think she just meant my black eyes make me look like one T_T sob. but on the account she put the word 'cute' in front :p hehe. forgiven.

and....barely 2 hrs aft dinner, a bus chartered us off to geylang to haf supper! we went to the famous soya bean place beside the equally famous beef kway teow place. (isn't my vocab just fab?) and...of cos. we were all bloated but hell! we went there specially to eat soya stuff! wad a waste if we don haf our fullest fill rite? haha.

tadaa~~!!! xiao long bao, endless cups of soya bean drink, bean curds, mian xian, you tiao and pork floss pastry appeared on our table. *gobble gobble* pea even ordered soya drink with raw egg and sugar :S the egg is like, really raw, and you just beat it into the hot soya drink. it sounded so gross but i took a sip of it and didnt seem to have any diff from the normal drink. nessa ordered the same thing, just with salt. i'm like "EEEEeeeewwwww!!!!!!!!!" like the raw egg thingy isnt gross enuff =_=

took a bus back, and there was still more games. T_T finally slept at 3 am, and woke up at 7.30. within 15 min of waking up we were brought to eat our breakfast when we all felt we just ate our supper a minute ago. camps are sooo fattening. had a crazy breakfast chortling away....and aft slacking for abt 2 hrs, we had lunch T_T i have no idea how sab managed to eat finish hers.

andddd....off to the max pavilion at expo!!! garr. found out city harvest church is like rite beside ours =_= i noe we're all christians but *pouts* i'd like my own territory. hurhur. sounds cooler. well, great worship session today!!! God was right there with us. the only complaint i have is tat the music is soooo freakin loud. like some giant rock concert. craziness! happiness :) !
